This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.7146 of 2025 dated 14.03.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that the petitioner herein has not complied with the condition of depositing a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.04 of 2025 as ordered by this Court, vide order dated 14.03.2025.

3. Since the petitioner has not complied with the bail condition and the petitioner is before this Court seeking relaxation of the condition, this Court is of the view that the bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated14.03.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.7146 of 2025 shall stands cancelled.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
