This petition has been filed to withdraw proceedings of M.C.46/2017, from the file of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam and transfer the same to the file of JM-II, Mayiladuthurai or any other competent court to hear the same.

2. It is represented that after full fledged trial, M.C.No.46 of 2017 has been disposed, by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam on 08.12.2019.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
