ORDER

Petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition with the grievance that as long as he is the patta holder of the property situated in R.S.No.991/18 at Athappampalayam, Vadamugam Vellode Village, Perundurai Taluk, Erode District, he cannot be evicted. Such an eviction can only be done by following a due process of law.

2. The petitioner has also made a representation in this regard to the respondents on 28.12.2015. If the petitioner is in possession of the property aforesaid, he can only be removed by following due process of law.

3. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event of the respondents proceeding to evict the petitioner, then, the same will have to be done by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
