2. According to the applicants / plaintiffs, the original documents that are sought to be marked by the applicants are with the respondents / defendants, which is denied by the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. In the light of the above fact, this application is allowed and the the second applicant is permitted to mark all the documents, subject to admissibility, proof and relevancy.
