ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondent to pass orders based on the representation of the petitioner dated 10.04.2025, within a stipulated time frame.

2.Mrs.S.Indhu Bala, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner came to understand that the respondent had acquired the petitioner's land for development of Coimbatore Western Ring Road Project. However, no notice was issued to the petitioner under the Land Acquisition Act. Thereafter, the petitioner through RTI Act, sought for details of land acquired and she came to

know that a sum of Rs.9,46,355/- has been awarded in her favour. Though the award has been passed in the year 2020, till date the award has not been released. Hence, the petitioner made a representation dated 10.04.2025 to the respondent requesting to release the award and the said representation has not been considered by the respondent so far.

4.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and disposed of at the earliest point of time.

5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 6.Considering the submission made by both the parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.04.2025 and pass orders on the same on merits and in

accordance with law, within a period of thirty days from today. 7.With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
