This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.10(b) in Crl.O.P.No.20189 of 2025, dated 22.07.2025 that the petitioner should report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.10(b) in Crl.O.P.No.20189 of 2025, dated 22.07.2025 that the petitioner should report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30a.m., until further orders is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.. 25.08.2025 Vv To 2/4
