This petition has been filed for extension of time for executing sureties as per the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 03.09.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.20712 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to produce sureties due to some family dispute, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month.

Accordingly, ordered.
