This application is taken out seeking a direction to the Receiver to provide his statement of accounts along with the bank statement of the 7th defendant. It must be underscored that the affairs of the 7th defendant is now managed by the Receiver appointed by this court and the Board of Directors of the 7th defendant, as per certain earlier orders of this court, are only required to assist the Receiver in the conduct of his business.

2. In the course of hearing, this court is informed that the bank statement required by the applicant from 01.01.2020 till 28.02.2023 comes to more than 550 pages. In these circumstances, the Receiver is hereby directed to provide (a) his Statement of Accounts alone to the court and (b) mail a soft copy of his statement of accounts from 01.01.2020 till 28.02.2023 along with the bank statement from 01.01.2020 till 28.02.2023 to the applicant herein, within a period of four weeks.
