ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent, submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.5559 of 2023, dated 24.02.2023 has been compiled with by the respondent. 2.In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondents cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
