This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the third respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.07.2022 in terms of the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on receipt of the complaint, the petitioner was issued CSR No.311 of 2022 and the same was enquired in detail. Finally, it was closed on 24.07.2022.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
