2. The petitioner was appointed as Junior Assistant on compassionate grounds on 15.10.2007 and thereafter, the petitioner was not given any promotion. It is the grievance of the petitioner that one V.Murugesan, who was appointed as Junior Assistant on 08.08.2008, was promoted as Assistant on 24.02.2011 and subsequently, promoted as Deputy Block Development Officer. Hence, the petitioner has submitted a detailed representation to the second respondent on 14.12.2015 through the third respondent seeking to set right the anomaly and to confer her promotion on par with her junior. Since no orders have been passed on her representation, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
3. Mr.A.Kumar, the learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.
Considering the limited nature of prayer, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.12.2015, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
