ORDER

This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner/complainant to withdraw the 20% of compensation amount, a sum of Rs.16,91,000/- deposited in the credit of C.C.No.6513 of 2013 at V FTC Saidapet, Chennai 600 015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3.Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the petitioner/complainant is permitted to withdraw the 20% of compensation amount, a sum of Rs.16,91,000/- (Rupees Sixteen Lakhs Ninety One Thousand only) deposited in the credit of C.C.No.6513 of 2013 at V FTC Saidapet, Chennai 600 015 by filing an appropriate application.
