A.No.7733 of 2019 is filed for extension of time to carry out the necessary amendment in O.A.No.49 of 2019 which was ordered on 05.04.2019. Since the amendment was not carried out within the time, hence the present application is filed for extension of time to carryout the necessary amendment in O.A.No.49 of 2019.

2. In the meanwhile, A.No.7477 of 2019 is filed for withdrawal of a sum of Rs.27.50 crores lying in the Court deposit in OA.No.49 of 2019. The said application was also filed without impleading the fifth respondent. As the learned counsel not carried out the amendment in A.No.2473 of 2019 now A.No.7734 of 2019 is filed to permit the applicant to carry out the necessary consequential amendment in A.No.7477 of 2019.

3. As it is only the mistake of the learned counsel in not carrying out the amendment within the time, A.No.7733 of 2019 is allowed by extending time by two weeks from today. Consequently A.No.7734 of 2019 is also allowed and the applicant is permitted to carry out the necessary consequential amendment in A.No.7477 of 2019 by adding fifth respondent who was not impleaded in OA.No.49 of 2019.
