Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri, to dispose the O.S.No.7 of 2017 as expeditiously within the time frame by this Court.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The 7th defendant in O.S.No.07 of 2017 has filed the present Revision Petition seeking expeditious disposal of the suit in O.S.No.07 of 2017.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in the revision, notice to the respondents are dispensed with.

4. The suit has been filed for seeking partition and separate possession as early as in the year 2017 and written statements have been filed on behalf of the some of the defendants. However, in view of the several Interlocutory Applications having been filed, pending suit, the 2/5

application alone are taken up and the suit is not being proceeded with.

5. In the light of the above, the suit being only for partition and separate possession. The Trial Court is directed to dispose of all pending Interlocutory Applications within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and after framing issues, the trial shall be expedited in the suit and the same shall be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law on or before 31.03.2026.
