This petition has been filed for extension of time to deposit the amount mentioned in Crl.M.P.No.11312/2024 in Crl.O.P.No.4469/2024 dated 12.08.2024 before the trial Court for one month.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to mobilise the funds thereby unable to comply the order of this Court, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
