Admittedly, the petitioner is not the owner of the land, in which, she has put up construction and she would admit that the land is a Government Poramboke Land. In such circumstances, the question of issuing direction to the respondents to grant electricity supply does not arise. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
