This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.4449 of 2023 dated 05.03.2025 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are regularly complying with the condition, the investigation was completed and final report is likely to be filed soon.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.4449 of 2023 dated 05.03.2025 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders stands relaxed.
