Respondent The learned counsel for the applicant submits that since the vehicle could not be located, the Advocate Commissioner appointed by this Court could not repossess the vehicle. No useful purpose would be served if this application is allowed to be kept pending. Accordingly, this application is closed by granting liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application seeking for a similar relief once the vehicle is located. As and when a fresh application is filed, this Court shall consider retaining the very same Advocate Commissioner by giving due consideration to the fact that the applicant has already paid initial remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner.
