The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to consider his representation dated 16.02.2024 and dispose of the appeal filed by him before the first respondent challenging the order passed by the second respondent as expeditiously.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he filed an application before the second respondent seeking issuance of patta in respect of the land measuring an extent of 4321.5 sq.ft., in S.No.39/1 of Porur Village and the said application was dismissed by the second respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent on 06.07.2023 and the same is pending on the file of the first respondent without any progress.
