Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the Hon'ble Principal Subordinate Judge at Ponneri to expedite the proceedings in I.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2024 respectively in I.A.No.210 of 2020 in O.S.No.285 of 2019 pending on the file of the Hon'ble Principal Subordinate Judge at Ponneri and conclude the same within the time frame that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. COMMON ORDER These revision petitions have been filed seeking expeditious disposal of I.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2024 in I.A.No.210 of 2020 in O.S.No.285 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Ponneri.

2. Considering the limited request made by the petitioners, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. Learned counsel for the revision petitioners submits that till date even counter has not been filed in the said interlocutory applications, which have been filed for condonation of delay and restoration of I.A.No.210 of 2020, which has been dismissed for non prosecution.

4. In the light of the above, this Court directs the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Ponneri to dispose of the interlocutory applications in I.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2024 respectively in I.A.No.210 of 2020 in O.S.No.285 Page No.2 of 4

of 2019 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties.

5. Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
