This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.20441 of 2023, by an order dated 11.9.2023, to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am., for a period of four weeks and thereafter appear before the respondent police as and when required.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the petitioner shall continue to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., till the final report filed, as directed by the Court in Crl.OP.No.20441 of 2023, by an order dated 11.9.2023
