The petitioner herein was arrested on 15.07.2025 in Crime No.270 of 2025 for the alleged offence 126(2), 296(b), 125, 309(4), 311, 351(3) of BNS, in Crime No.270 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 1/3

2. According to the prosecution, while the defacto complainant was passing through a public road, this petitioner has waylaid him and demanded money. When the complainant refused to part with money, he showed a knife and robbed Rs.520/-, and thereafter escaped from the scene of the crime. He further submits that this petitioner has 12 previous cases, out of which 7 cases are still pending.

3. Considering the nature of the crime and the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
