This petition is filed to condone the delay of 14 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.G.Ilamurugu, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.P.Dinesh Kumar, learned counsel for respondent 5.

The delay is 14 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 14 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
