ORDER

The petitioner made a representation along with the general public on 21.12.2015 to the respondents, more particularly, the 2nd respondent stating that for the aforesaid reasons therein, the 4th respondent shall not be permitted to any new facility or expand the existing one by establishing or improving a liquor shop/bar. As the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. As the representation made by the petitioner is pending consideration by the 2nd respondent, the said authority is directed to pass appropriate orders after affording due opportunities to the parties as expeditiously as possible, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If no permission is granted to 4th respondent already, the same shall not be given until the representation aforesaid is disposed of.
