Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to number the petitioner complaint dated 01.04.2024, and subsequently direct the first respondent to pass an appropriate order within stipulated period of time and further directs the second respondent to conduct the filed visit, with regard to the objection letter received from the objectors, within stipulated time for shifting and relocating the high - tension electricity cable which is passing over the petitioner's plots bearing Nos.31, 32 and 35 comprised in "Royale Villas" S.F.No.31/8 Teachers Colony, Chinniyampalayam, Coimbatore North Taluk, Coimbatore - 641 062.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to number the petitioner complaint dated 01.04.2024, and subsequently direct the first respondent to pass an appropriate order within stipulated period of time and further directs the second respondent to conduct the filed visit, with regard to the objection letter received from the objectors, within stipulated time for shifting and relocating the high - tension electricity cable which is passing over the petitioner's plots bearing Nos.31, 32 and 35 comprised in "Royale Villas" S.F.No.31/8 Teachers Colony, Chinniyampalayam, Coimbatore North Taluk, Coimbatore - 641 062.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made representation dated 23.09.2023, to the second respondent seeking to shift and relocate the high - tension electricity cable which is passing over the subject property and since the same was not considered, filed W.P.No.32859 of 2023 before this Court and the said writ petition was disposed of on 22.11.2023. Even thereafter, there was no response from the respondents and hence, the petitioner filed complaint dated 01.04.2024 before the first respondent, however, the same has not yet been considered. 3/6
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that without going into the merits of the case, this Court may issue direction to the first respondent to number the petitioner's complaint dated 01.04.2024 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame.
5.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 01.04.2024 on merits and in accordance with law and after providing opportunity to all the parties concerned, pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
