This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order and decreetal order in I.A.No.454 of 2016 in O.S.No.476 of 2004 dated 02.03.2017 on the file of learned Principal Distrit Judge, Chengalpattu.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel for petitioners and respondents appeared and submitted a memo of compromise dated 12.10.2022 stating that during the pendency of the proceedings, the dispute was settled between the parties. Hence, no further adjudication is required in this Civil Revision Petition and the memo of compromise may be recorded.

3. Recording the memo of compromise submitted by both learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of memo of compromise arrived between the parties. The terms of Joint memo of compromise shall form part and parcel of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
