The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to amend the proceedings in Na.Ka.A2/3529/2021 dated 01.04.2022 and issue patta in favour of petitioner's name instead of his grandfather's name and make necessary entry in the village as well as Taluk records as house site in New Survey No.148/12 (Old Survey No.38/12) on the basis of settlement deed executed by his father vide document No.4374/2013 dated 16.12.2013 and report submitted by the third respondent dated 23.02.2022.

2.It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that during the pendancy of this writ petition, patta was issued in favour of the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 2/4
