ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. From the counter-affidavit filed by respondent No.12, the allegation of encroachment is found established. It is stated by learned Government Advocate that now the authorities have proceeded to issue notice towards removal of encroachment.
3. In view of the statement so made, we are not inclined to keep this petition pending any more and dispose it of with a direction to the authorities to conclude the proceedings within a period of three months.
