ORDER

Petitioner sought for issuance of patta with reference to the property situated in S.No.635/20, Thannuthu village, Sankaran Koil Taluk, Tirunelveli District. The last of the representation was made by way of legal notice on 17.12.2015 and thereafter, the petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the last of the representation may be directed to be disposed of by the 3rd respondent in a reasoned manner.

3. Considering the submissions made, a direction is issued to 3rd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 17.12.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording opportunity to the petitioner and third parties, if any.
