ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider my representation dated 23.04.2025 through the 1st respondent vide letter dated 24.04.2025.
2. Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate,takes notice on behalf of the 1st respondent and Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent.
3. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner's father had purchased a property by way of exchange on 10.05.1994. Out of the entire property, one of the survey number, viz. Survey No.519/5, is in dispute with the 2nd respondent. Thereafter, the petitioner got his share of property vide the partition deed dated 23.02.2012 and sold some portion of the land, which falls under the 2/6
aforesaid survey number, viz., Survey No.519/5 during the year 2012 & 2023. Under these circumstances, on 23.04.2025, when the petitioner approached the 1st respondent to register the sale deed of remaining land in the very same survey number, he was informed that the said portion of land is owned by the 2nd respondent and hence, the sale deed executed by him cannot be registered. Thereafter, as sought for by the 1st respondent, the petitioner had obtained the NOC from the 2nd respondent. That apart, patta of the subject also stands in the name of the petitioner. In this regard, a representation was also filed by the petitioner on 23.04.2025. In spite of the same, the sale deed was not registered by the 1st respondent till date. Hence, this petition.
5. In reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation filed by the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within a period of 6 weeks.

6. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.
7. In the case on hand, the petitioner's father had purchased a property by way of exchange on 10.05.1994. In spite of the same, the sale deed was not registered by the 1st respondent till date.
8. In view of the above, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
9. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost.
