This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 16.03.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5241 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police for a period of four weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on 1st Saturday of every succeeding month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of final report and thereafter as directed by the Trial Court.
