CMP Nos.21886 & 21888 of 2022 in CMA No.1862 of 2014 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J.

These two petitions have been filed by the petitioner/appellant i) to condone the delay of 223 days in filing the restoration petition in CMA No.1862 of 2014 and ii) to restore the CMA No.1862 of 2014 on the file of this Court which was dismissed for default on 20.12.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent has no objection in allowing these two petitions.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these two petitions are allowed and consequently, the appeal is restored.
