ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.) Seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's husband R.Madanraj, S/o.C.Ramadevan, aged about 63 years from the custody of respondents 3 to 9 before this Court and to set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2. Today, the detenu is produced before this Court.

3. Petitioner is the wife of the detenu and though some allegations are made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the detenu, who is before this Court, states that he is not in the illegal custody of anybody and he is willing to go along with the petitioner.

4. Recording the statement of the detenu that he is willing to go along with the petitioner, this habeas corpus petition is closed. (S.S.S.R., J.)
