O R D E R
The prayer sought for in the Writ Petition is to direct the 1st Respondent to dispose the representation dated 04.08.2017 sent by the petitioner within the time fixed by this Hon'ble court.
2. Heard both sides and perused the documents available on record.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had entered into an agreement with the 2nd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent/owner of the premises on 04.01.2014 and running the timber business. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that in the year 2016, the 2nd respondent threatened the petitioner to vacate the premises. Subsequently, the 2nd respondent sold the said property to the 3rd & 4th respondents herein, hence the petitioner filed a Suit in O.S.No. 24 of 2017 against the respondents 1 & 2 not to disconnect the electricity connection and in O.S.No. 174 of 2017 against the respondents 3 &4 for permanent injunction and obtained interim injunction. Inspite of interim order granted, the 1st respondent had disconnected the electricity connection in service connection No.03-206-007-429 on 02.08.2017. Hence, to restore the said electricity connection, the present writ petition is being filed.
4. On the other hand, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the statements made by the learned counsel for the petitioner are contrary to the facts of the case. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent further submitted that the petitioner has made application for providing Low Tension Service Connection to the petitioner's timber mill business and also made request to merge the new Low Tension Service Connection with the existing service connection. Therefore, the service connection of the petitioner was disconnected and merged with the new Low Tension Service Connection as requested by the petitioner.
5. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent/Board, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
