ORDER
This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents herein to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2019, requesting the 2nd respondent to transfer the patta in the name of the legal heirs of deceased Kulandaiammal as per the decree made in OS.No.21 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Tiruvannamalai.

2. Heard, Mr.V.Prakash Babu, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 27.07.2019 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties i.e. the defendants in the suit in OS.No.21 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Tiruvannamalai and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
