The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294 (b), 324, 506 (2) and 307 IPC, in Crime No.403 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police seek anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners stated that the petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 3 in this case. The petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in the case registered in Crime No.403 of 2023, for the offences under Sections 341, 294 (b), 324, 506 (2) and 307 IPC. Thus, he seeks anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the defacto complainant, who is the wife of the victim had given a complaint that the accused had abused both the defacto complainant and her husband using filthy language and assaulted her husband with a knife on his head and threatened them with dire consequences. that the second and third accused had been arrested and taken into custody. Thus, he prayed for dismissal of this petition. 4.Taking into consideration the seriousness of the offences, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as against A1. A2 and A3 had been arrested and taken into custody, therefore, this petition stands dismissed as infructous as against A2 and A3. 17.10.2023 sli 2/3
