For Petitioner : M/s.V.Sangeetha O R D E R The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of the petition for divorce filed by the petitioner in O.P.No.3270 of 2017 within a stipulated time.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this court is inclined to dispose of the Civil Revision Petition even without notice to the respondent.

3. The petitioner herein filed the petition for divorce against the respondent in O.P.No.3270 of 2017 on the file of IV Additional Family Court, Chennai.

4. The perusal of adjudication sheet filed in the typed set of papers would suggest that the recording of evidence in the main Original Petition was over as early as 20.08.2022 and the same was posted for arguments on 23.08.2022 itself and thereafter, the mater has been adjourned from time to time without any substantial progress.

5. In view of the fact the matter is already posted for arguments, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of the Original Petition within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition stand disposed of.

No costs.
