ORDER

Petitioner made an application on 26.10.2015 followed by a representation dated 01.01.2016 seeking transfer of patta in his name by making sub division over the property in Survey No.97/3 situated at Pasar village, Sankarapuram Taluk, Villupuram District. Seeking early disposal of the said application followed by the representation, the petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition.

2. Considering the above, a direction is issued to 3rd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the application dated 26.10.2015 followed by the representation dated 01.01.2016 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording opportunity to the petitioner and third parties, if any.
