The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.383 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 448, 354A, 506(i) of IPC and Section 376 r/w 511 of IPC.

2. It is stated that the defacto complainant is a tenant under the petitioner herein. On 19.09.2023, the petitioner had threatened the defacto complainant and had physical relationship with her.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent stated that investigation has not yet been completed and medical test will have to be done.
