The present Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 45 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not find that any willful or deliberate delay on the part of the petitioner in moving the Civil Revision Petition. The delay sought to be condoned is also minimal. Hence, being satisfied with the reasons assigned, this petition stands allowed and the delay is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission. The Registry shall also print the name respondent's counsel in the cause-list when the Civil Revision Petition is listed for admission.
