This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 31.7.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.10574 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11846 of 2023 dated 06.06.2023 to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in every two weeks (i.e.,) Monday before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as directed by the trial Court.
