This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 30.03.2023 in Crl.OP.No.7123 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned Court.
