Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohammed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent/State.

The petition is ordered and the delay of 265 days in representing the above Criminal Revision Petition, is hereby condoned on condition, subject to payment of Rs.1,000/- to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, attached to this Court within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Revision, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
