ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation from the 2nd respondent to some other competent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate on instruction submitted that the investigation itself has been completed and a Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tindivanam, and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. In view of the above development, this Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to immediately get the Final Report taken on file and number the same before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tindivanam, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
