This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to exercise supervisory control over respondents 4 and 5 and to see that respondents 4 and 5 adhere to charging of interest as per the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, including the loan sanctioned to petitioner under Loan A/c.No.809000376814.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
