Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ or order of direction or any other Writ in the nature Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records pertaining to the Impugned Order in Ref.No.Na.Ka.No.22932/2012/Pa.Aa.2-1, dated 03.11.2012 passed by the Respondent No.1 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to disburse all the monetary benefits along with back wages to the Petitioner.
