ORDER

This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that in paragraph Nos.8 and 9, the year was wrongly mentioned as 31.05.2005 instead of 31.05.2025. Therefore, the said typographical error has to be corrected.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has also agreed for the same.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the said typographical error is corrected. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in W.P No.30589 of 2022 dated 24.06.2025 and issue fresh order copy.
