This petition has been filed to relax the condition 14(ii) imposed upon the petitioner, by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4610 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.384 of 2022 dated 21.06.2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, while granting bail to the petitioner, had directed him to report before the learned Principal Special Judge for CBI Cases, VIII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and he is complying with the above condition without fail from the date of execution of sureties. Therefore, he seeks for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition 14(ii) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4610 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.384 of 2022 on 21.06.2022 alone is modified as follows:- "[ii] the petitioner shall report before the learned Principal Special Judge for CBI Cases, VIII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, once in three months commencing from the first working day of December, 2023 at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."

4. It is made clear that the rest of the order shall remains unaltered.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
