O R D E R

By was of filing this writ petition, the petitioner seeks to quash the impugned proceedings dated 22.02.2016 passed by the second respondent, in and by which, the petitioner was transferred from Gudiyatham Range to Punganoor North Range. As against the impugned transferred order, the petitioner has also preferred an appeal, which is pending before the first respondent.

2. When the matter was taken upon, learned counsel for the petitioner, by restricting the main prayer, sought for only disposal of his pending appeal before the first respondent.

3. Recording the above said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to dispose of the pending appeal dated 10.03.2016 preferred by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
