Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the Order Passed by the 4th respondent dated 23.02.2016 in Order No.10/201 No.E-31012-MACP/FILE/ ONGC(J)/2016/949 and quash the same in so far as Item No.2 is concerned and direct the respondents to pay the 2nd MACP from 10.2.2013 to 31.10.2013 and revise the Pension from 01.11.2013 to till date and pay the arrears and continue to pay the Revised Pension to the petitioner.
